MBS Strives to Make Each User of our Software System a Winner

As our mission states, we work to improve the operational efficiency of each of our clients.  This mission is met through quality software, on going improvements and continued support.  Through this, MBS offers a user support program to all MBS clients.  This support program, available for all paid subscribers to MBS's extended technical support plan is available for all MBS products.  This plan includes:

  • Access to MBS's Technical Support team via phone, fax and email
  • Interactive online support and demonstrations using remote access software
  • Support from MBS and peers on our discussion forums
  • Regular Software Updates
  • Additional On or Off Site Training for All MBS Products
